I grew up in Latur, where my parents established their surgical and gynecology practice. After completing my MBBS from MGM Medical College in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) in 2007, I pursued my surgery residency at the same institution.Once my training was complete, I had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at SRTR Medical College in Ambajogai, the first rural medical college in Asia. I am currently serving as the Secretary of the Surgical Society in Latur.
As a general surgeon, I specialize in treating common surgical ailments such as gallstones, body swellings, and hernias. Additionally, I handle emergency surgical conditions like appendicitis and diverticulitis. To ensure optimal patient experience, I prefer utilizing minimally-invasive techniques, employing specialized instruments through small incisions. My expertise lies in laparoscopic surgery, particularly for treating benign foregut conditions. At Kale Hospital in Latur, we are proud to have a team of highly skilled and dedicated doctors. Together with our physician assistants, medical assistants, and other staff members, we are committed to continuously enhancing our services and delivering evidence-based surgical care of the highest quality.
To further enhance my skills, I undertook fellowship training in Laparoscopy Surgery at Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education and Research (MIMER) College in Talegaon Dabhade, Pune, Maharashtra. Throughout my training, I actively participated in surgical research and had the opportunity to present my work at various scientific meetings, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
